Onecent Proptech is the website that allows user to make payment for the loan subscription. It consists of 3 user which is prospect, advisor, and admin. When prospect make a payment, the advisor will received the commission.

The development are using bootsraps for frontend and php, mysql for the backend. The IDE that being used is Visual Studio Code and Dbeaver for the database. In this project also consits of payment gateway from M1 Pay.
